Free medieval city builder: build, trade and survive winter.
Empire: City Builder is a free isometric medieval city-building strategy game. Build roads and production chains, keep settlers fed and warm through winter, trade with neighbours, and defend your town. Includes a tutorial, scenarios, sandbox mode and 4× speed. English by default; Russian is available. Solo play works without a game-server account. Optional online matches require a separate account and progression. Development and promotional artwork were AI-assisted. There are currently no active ads or in-game real-money purchases.
